Walt & Claire April 21, 2007

Walt and Claire were a lovely couple that I had the pleasure of photographing in a gorgeous Methodist Church in Olney. (One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is being able to see all of the beautiful churches, that I normally wouldn't have gotten to see).

Claire looked like a princess, and you could see that she makes Walt so happy. I was honored to have met them both and wish them a lifetime of happiness.

Memorial Day Fun!

We hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day weekend. After shooting a wedding on Saturday, I pretty well had the next two days off. We cooked out and enjoyed ourselves in the pool with the kids. And napped. NOTHING is better than a nap. Especially when you are supposed to be working:)

And, on a Memorial Day note, my brother Jeremy made it back to the USA safe and sound. Although we haven't got to see him since he's been home, there is just something calming knowing he's not on foreign soil anymore. Don't forget to thank your soldiers for all that they do.

My Turn AGAIN.....

So, after the senior that I photographed a couple days ago, I once again thought, okay, it's time for me to take the kids out like that. I came home, processed the shots I had taken and made a decision......I need a bigger house. What I expected to just be a picture or 2 turned into a 16x20, (2) 11x14's, (2) 10x20's, an 8x10, and (2) 5x7's. All of which of course have to be framed because I'm obsessive compulsive and everything has to match.

I just can't help it............I LOVE THAT BLUE!

I need some type of intervention, AND a bigger house.

New & Fresh Ideas for Seniors

I've been on the lookout for lots of new and fresh ideas for the upcoming class of 2008. Luckily, I photographed a willing senior today that allowed me to go crazy with all of my new ideas. Here are a few of my favorites.

Seniors, it's not too early to book. We will fill up FAST once school starts.

Look for the rest of Tiffany's images in a few days when they are uploaded to her folder on our main page.

My turn

So, I was at Sam Parr photographing 3 children for another family, and I asked myself on the drive home why exactly I don't take those types of pictures of my own 2 kids. So, I flew home, gave them baths, got them dressed, and went flying back out there before dark. And lo and behold, I have a new 16x20 of the kids walking towards the forest for my living room! Oh, and a fun one of RJ and his muscles too.

Josh & Stephanie March 31, 2007

I'm a little behind posting this wedding since I didn't start the blog until afterwards, but thought I'd go back and post a few anyway. Josh and Stephanie were such a FUN couple! They served in IRAQ together. (Thank you guys by the way for your service for our country!) I had a blast with this entire wedding party! Best Wishes to Josh and Stephanie!

Roger & Megan April 28, 2007

I had the distinct honor of photographing Megan and Roger's wedding last Saturday.
Megan's family are friends of ours and I truly loved capturing their day for them.
Megan was a gorgeous bride and you can tell how happy Roger makes her.
Congratulations Megan and Roger. We wish you nothing but the best!
Here a few previews, check the website for the rest in the next couple weeks.
And check back next week for the next happy couple!

Me Blogging?

So, I've decided to enter the world of blogging.

I hope to keep all kinds of updates on here as well as post wedding previews as soon as the wedding is over and have my "favorite image of the week".

Maybe I'll even have something for the winner, we'll see what I come up with in the next few days.

Anyway, check back often. I'll start with my current favorites of RJ and Heidi, who I might add, are growing up entirely too fast!
