Snuggie

Okay, I'm a loser and I totally wanted one of these since the first time I saw the infomercial on TV.
I freeze at the studio when I sit at my desk working at the computer.
UPS brought them yesterday. IT IS WONDERFUL!
Rick got me one and my friend Rebekah one (she secretly wanted one too).

They were supposed to be for Christmas but the Snuggie factory (which I believe may be south of the boarder) was so bombarded by orders that they took a full six weeks to get here.

Grady keeps telling me I need one of those. Can't really see wearing it to a ball game (like the commercial shows), but it looks comfy!!

Evan and watched this infomercial a hundred times this past weekend. I begged him for one because I am always cold. He told me that NO ONE was buying these things and that I shouldn't get one. I told him he doesn't know what he's talking about. I can't wait to rub this blog entry in his face!

I got green, Rebekah is the proud owner of a red one.

I think it is so funny how many people wanted one! I seriously thought I was the only one.

I loved sitting and working on my laptop today snug as a bug with free arms.

:)

My friend Lisa got me one for Xmas...OMG, the best thing ever! It's long enough to cover your feet, plus you can change the channels without getting cold. Mine is royal blue so it feels a little bit like a graduation robe..highly worth the $$.

I will now picture Kelley L. at home watching LOST wearing her SNUGGIE while Pomp and Circumstance play in my head.

I could not help but post on this topic as I love to laugh when the commercial comes on. Please let me know who the first one is of all you that falls out of your recliner as you clap your hands to turn on the reading lamp to grab your latest Readers Digest and as you fall down tangled up in your snuggie please grasp your medic alert braclet and scream, Uncle Bob I've fallen and can't get up.

Well, I am not ashamed to say that I, too have been begging for "the snuggie"...and I really thought I would have had one under the tree.

I was sadly mistaken. :-(

Did you get the freebie booklight with your order?????

amberlindemann said...

yep, 1 free booklight per snuggie. I kept Rebekah's light too.

Not sure what this being the most commented post on your blog ever says about all of us.

Can you imagine if one of us gets the SHAM-WOW!!!!

Mandy K said...

I have a sham-wow. Haven't used it yet. Waiting for that big spill I guess. I think I might get a Snuggie now since everyone LOVES theirs.

The "Slider Station" is totally worth it.

Today, the girls at the office want snuggies. I am not sure why. It's like 68 in here...

I bought the Mighty Putty also. It worked great for me. It has to be mixed just right to set up. I have used it once and the hook is still hanging up outside.
